Meet JCM’s Executive Leadership Team:

Takatomo Imai | President
Imai-san joined JCM in August 2001 and has served as President since 2018. As President, he leads JCM American Corporation (JAC), inspiring teams to continue JCM’s spirit of innovation and to create industry-leading product. He also serves as a bridge between JAC and JCM HQ. He has a successful background in finance, tax, and accounting. He worked in the finance and accounting department of JCM HQ for six years before being named President of JCM EUROPE, where he served for five years. He then returned to JCM HQ as General Manager of Corporate Planning followed by HQ Financial Rep for JCM American Corporation before being named President. Imai-san holds a B.A. of Law from Kansai University in Osaka, Japan.

Dave Kubajak | Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Starting as a technician in the casino industry, Dave has since garnered more than 25 years of experience in gaming and has 24 granted patents and more pending. In his role, he leads sales strategy, marketing, communications, manufacturing, quality, product development, engineering, and customer support. He also manages JCM’s strategic relationships with various central banks and federal regulatory and enforcement agencies worldwide. He holds a B.S. in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix and additional training and certifications in electrical engineering.

Dana Talich | Vice President – Finance & Legal
Dana is responsible for all financial, legal, compliance, and information technology areas, ensuring JCM remains in good regulatory standing in over 200 gaming jurisdictions where the company is licensed and operates. She has more than 30 years of experience in the finance sector. Previously, she served as JCM’s Controller. Prior to JCM, she was Controller, Practice Administrator, and Regional Finance Director for Houston-based US Oncology. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business/Management from Chadron State College and is actively involved in Global Gaming Women.

Mike Nguyen | Senior Director of Engineering
Mike leads two teams of research and development engineers and a team of software quality engineers across a highly diversified set of projects, including systems, printers, bill validators, peripherals, and mobile wallet product lines and platforms. He guides the engineering teams in designing multiple system products that increase efficiencies for operators and give players even more gaming entertainment options. During his tenure at JCM, he has held multiple roles, from Software Developer to Senior Director of Engineering, and he has been granted more than 10 patents. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.

Cliff Buckley | Director of Sales and Business Development
Cliff has spent more than 30 years in the gaming industry, holding management positions over sales and business development in companies like Bally Gaming, 01 Insights Inc., and WMS Gaming. He manages integration partners, strengthens existing customer relationships, oversees sales efforts, works closely with product management, and helps customers with consultative solutions-based sales and strategic business development. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

Jane Sia | Director of Operations
Jane brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory management to JCM, where she oversees its production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping/receiving, and she helps JCM customers resolve challenges at a global level. She is an active member of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and has earned ASCM Certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), which helps her ensure that JCM keeps operations running smoothly. She majored in International Business and Business Administration at California State University, Northridge.

Karen Carnevale | Director of Human Resources
Karen has been in the human resources field for more than 30 years, working in casino operations, healthcare, construction, and manufacturing. At JCM, she coordinates the development and implementation of employee support services, developmental programs, and recognition awards. She developed her skills building Human Resources departments from the ground up, working through mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating benefit packages in the best interest of the employees. She holds a B.A. degree in Business from Southern California University for Professional Studies.
