JCM provides full service support on every level. JCM works with manufacturers, operators, and technicians to ensure that customers are able to receive the maximum performance JCM products have to offer. JCM has the ability to directly support our product in the field through various service programs such as the Exchange Program, Preventive Maintenance Program, Warranty Plan, and On-Site Training Program.
The Exchange Program allows customers to decrease their machine downtime and repair expenses by allowing a straight exchange of JCM product. This program covers the DBV-200, UBA, WBA and TSP-02 units.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
The Preventive Maintenance Program allows customers the opportunity of having trained and qualified JCM service technicians perform preventive maintenance on their equipment at their site. This program covers cleaning, calibration, and software upgrade of the DBV-200, UBA, WBA and Trident units.
EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN
The Extended Warranty Plan allows customers to extend the warranty on their units in one-year increments. This extended warranty matches the JCM Standard warranty and covers all JCM products.
ON-SITE TRAINING PROGRAM
The On-Site Training Program allows customers the opportunity to have JCM qualified instructors train their repair technicians on proper diagnostic troubleshooting procedures on JCM products. Each student receives classroom and hands on experience. At the completion of the class all students receive a certificate of accomplishment.
